Professor Tim Lemper is an alumnus of LAMP and Indiana University, where he received bachelor degrees in English, history, and political science in 1995. Professor Lemper earned an M.S. in Public Administration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics in 1997. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2001. He has a broad range of professional experience that includes serving as a staff assistant to U.S. Senator Richard Lugar and working as a management consultant for the U.S. Air Force. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and golfing—he scored a hole-in-one in the summer of 2006. Professor Lemper teaches a section of LAMP-L 416 called "Intellectual Property Law and Strategy" for the LAMP honors certificate.
