Our students—affectionately known as LAMPers— are a special breed. Academically remarkable, self-motivated, and uniquely inspired, the varied personalities, perspectives, and aspirations of LAMPers result in a rare and robust learning environment that gives our program its contagious energy and hallmark atmosphere.
Our honors certificate students come from wildly different majors—like astronomy, musical theatre, neuroscience, and apparel merchandising. LAMPers are kindred spirits—sparking meaningful conversations and healthy debate as we challenge one another, learn from one another, and do much more than co-exist: we become an unlike-minded community that’s not just united by our differences but empowered by them.
