With the Management + Human Organization (MHO) B.A. degree, students learn to tap into both sides of their brain as they apply a liberal arts lens to foundational management skills that set them up for success in the real world. The MHO major includes a balanced curriculum that involves coursework from both the College and the Kelley School. This helps to develop fundamental communication, business, and analytical skills, which are all necessary for the understanding of the role of business in society. Graduates of this program go on to excel in jobs that align with their career goals in fields like sales, consulting, business analysis, marketing, public relations, human resources, not-for-profit organizations, and management.
