Michael Morrone has been a professor of business communication in the IU Kelley School of Business since 1997. He joined the LAMP faculty in 2010. Before moving to Bloomington, he practiced immigration law in Philadelphia and Harlingen, Texas. He writes poetry, plays soccer, and cooks—his kids think he should open a restaurant. He enjoys teaching LAMP students because it allows him to weave together his communication background, the global views he learned from practicing immigration law, and his desire to always seek new ways of thinking. Professor Morrone teaches a section of LAMP-L 216 called "Black Markets: Supply and Demand" for the LAMP honors certificate.
