A native of Chicago, Professor Weinberg is a highly carnivorous historian who does research on the wild and wonderful world of modern American creationism. He has been teaching in LAMP since 2012 and has really enjoyed working with students in the classroom, on the farm, and in the slaughterhouse. When he is not teaching about meat, evolution, or public policy, he enjoys playing classical and jazz clarinet, hiking the woods of Southern Indiana, being a mediocre basketball player, spending time with his family, wasting time on Facebook, and doing what he can to change the world. Professor Weinberg teaches a section of LAMP-L 416 called "The Meat We Eat" for the LAMP honors certificate.
